Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders (including transfers, embroidery, and DTF prints), we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. Each item is made to your specific requirements and cannot be resold. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and exceptions may be made under certain circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items

Design Approval

Color Accuracy

Order Cancellation

Return Shipping
